Senior Myers Allen, a member of Pi Kappa Phi, participated in his fraternity’s Step Sing group this year and was cast as one of the main character rats in the performance. Allen commented on his fraternity’s sweepstakes win.
“Winning Step Sing was one of the greatest moments of my life,” Allen said. “Truly nothing compares to the glory and pride of winning such a prestigious event.”
Allen also expressed his thankfulness for the friends he made through his Step Sing experience.
“It was so wonderful the number of friends I was able to make and spend time with during Step Sing,” Allen said. “Obviously, I’m so excited that we won. It was so cool to see so many people put into the character of a rate and to see all of our hard work pay off with accolades. But most of all, I really enjoyed the time spent with friends, new and old.”
