Samford University hosted its annual Fall Fest on Oct. 27. Fall Fest is a cherished event for Samford students, and they look forward to it every year.
Students gathered outside its University Center for Sons Donuts, walking tacos and popcorn.
“My favorite part of the fall fest was the multitude of activities to choose from. From the trail mix bar to the walking tacos to the free donuts. There (were) so many fun options for all occasions,” said student Eve Hale.
Sophomore Gracie Koester and Junior Julia Beller had only smiles on their faces as they enjoyed the live music and festivities.
Samford ensemble group “Lakeshore” opened for Zion Goins, who headlined the music for the evening.
“It’s so cute out here. Everyone is coming together to celebrate fall and it’s such a fun time,” said Koester.
Beller loved that the festival was in more than one location.
“I really enjoyed that it’s not just on Ben Brown but it’s in a [different] location,” said Beller.
